Clenbuterol is a sympathomimetic amine. It has various medical uses like as a bronchodilator and as a decongestant. How does it work?

Clenbuterol is thermogenic which means when taken, it increases the temperature of your body resulting in a higher basal metabolic rate (BMR), and hence the fat in your body is metabolized at a much faster rate, leading to fat and weight loss.
